Your appointments are very important to me, and you. When an appointment is scheduled it is reserved specifically for you and your service/ time needed to complete your service. I understand some schedule adjustments may become necessary, so as of 12/1/2022, a 24-hour cancellation policy is in effect.

You must cancel by texting the number 937-441-6441. Appointments cancelled within 24-hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments cancelled within 1-hour will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
